ABOUT ME

Jennifer Pagas
I was born in Smithtown, Long Island-NY. Mostly raised in Wallkill, New York. Attended Wallkill Senior High School and shortly after, I enlisted in the United States Navy in May 1999. I spent the next 12-years in working as a Yeoman- Administrative Secretary, received my Associates in Business Administration, met my husband and had two beautiful children-which Jasmine (in the photo with me) has begun to be our little mini-event planner with us - she loves when we do children events! :) The last three years of my Naval career I was afforded the opportunity to work as an event planner. Assisting in the coordination of numerous Returning Warrior Workshops traveling throughout the Midwest Region.
These three-day workshops were in support of the Service Members from all military branches returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. As time went on, I was asked to coordinate and instruct a two-day Information Systems Technicians Conference in Chicago, Illinois. Soon after, not only realizing that I was able to plan an event myself, I began to feel that this had become my calling and passion!
Since departing from the Navy, I enrolled in the New York Institute of Art and Design for Wedding and Event Planning. During that time I discovered I was about to start my own business. With a total of 8 years experience in the Event Planning-starting my own business has been an amazing experience.

Client Reviews
Patricia - Jennifer and her staff were wonderful on my wedding day! I was put completely at ease because she was so organized and prepared. Having 3 coordinators there the entire day was more than I expected but I was very thankful, it was a relief not to have to worry on my day!!
Katherine - Jennifer was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in warwick and our family church - we are from vegas and flew in the week before our wedding day. we initially chose every season from an ad online due to not being in the area. I was having trouble finding someone to work with us being far away. but she completely surpassed my expectations! they did constant video chats with me AT NIGHT sometimes late and worked around our busy schedule. they were amazing to work with and helped make our day exactly what we dreamed it would be! Her Day of Coordination services extend far before the actual day and I appreciated that she didn't limit phone calls and emails. When we arrived, they worked around our busy week schedule.....they were detail oriented and at the walk through, they covered all of the details with you and the vendors - she creates a timeline document for you and sends out to all the vendors as well. she took over communicating with all of our vendors 2 weeks before the wedding day and followed up with each about their arrival times and her timeline -- this took an enormous amount of pressure off of me, my husband and my parents so we could focus on the last minute details and enjoy the pre-wedding fun! She helped us deal with a difficult venue manager (who is no longer with them actually) but she was so pleasant with them no matter what still getting what we needed and without ese help I'm not sure our wedding would have been as wonderful and beautiful as we planned. All of girls were professional and did a great job (everything was set up exactly as discussed and they remembered all the details and placement of everything during our walk through) and they were excellent about gently reminding us during the evening where we needed to be and helped us stay on schedule - she even let me spit my cough drop in her hand right before I walked down the aisle! Now that is commitment - thank you!!
Janna - ESE did a phenomenal, above and beyond, gorgeous job with my son's bar mitzvah. They put in more time than they were expected to give, even stepping in last minute with a professional camera and photographing before the service when the photographer messed up her arrival time. They were professional, hard working, prepared and kind. I have already booked them for my younger sons bar mitzvah and I would trust them to delve on the biggest or smallest of events. So outstanding. Truly!
