Pricing for all event packages listed below are the starting prices.  Pricing may be based on the actual event details. After reviewing the date, location, time, guest count, size of team needed you will be given a final quote. This is usually completed upon the initial phone conversation/email or first consultation, only after receiving the necessary information.

ESE does require an additional minimum fee of $200 to any wedding/event on a holiday or $100 on a holiday weekend. (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,  Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc..)

All packages and prices are negotiable upon consultation. Prices are subject to change. All necessary changes will be provided in writing.

​Birthday Parties

Our parties offer a twist on some of the children’s traditional party themes. They are designed with kids and parents in mind.  Packages include decor, set-up and favor bags. Base pricing starts at $500. You pick the date and theme and we do the rest. Our event planners are pleased to facilitate your birthday party at your home or location of your choice. (Does not include purchase of supplies) 

Sweet 16/Quinceaneras

An all-inclusive designing, planning, and day of coordination package which is an option for large-scale, more elaborate Sweet 16/Quinceaneras, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizable amount of guest. This package can also be adjusted and customized to meet your needs-just ask and we will put something together that works just for you and within your budget-Full Package starts at.......................................$4000

Our standard fee for full planning is 15% of your total expenses. However, depending on the size and scope of your event, we may be able to offer a competitive package price that fits your needs and budget. When you call for your complimentary consultation, we will get a better understanding of your event and offer the best available rate.

Bar - Bat Mitzvah 

Bar and Bat Mitzvah's require a great deal of preparation for your child and your family. Instead of spending time planning the celebration, you can help your child study for his or her service, assist in completing mitzvah projects and immerse yourself in the joy of this once-in-a-lifetime event.

Your company will benefit greatly from a positive corporate culture, which will directly affect employee productivity and your bottom line.  We arrange a variety of services to include invitations, guest list management, entertainment, florist, photographer, accommodations, directions, signage, welcome favors, seating charts, award presentations, catering and transportation. Just let us know your corporate culture and we will customize an event to celebrate the year!
